Suddenlink Communications will be providing state of the art video and high-speed Internet access services to 25Twenty, a new luxury student living community near Texas Tech University in Lubbock. The project is a joint venture between the developer, Asset Campus Housing, and Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors (KAREA), a private equity real estate fund investing in specialized real estate sectors, with a primary focus on off-campus student housing.
