Madison Middle School Celebrates Take a Veteran to School Day

Local Veterans Will Be Honored Friday at the School

Major Brian Buschur, Staff Sergeant Mikel Fair and Technical Sergeant Gregory Talley will join students and faculty members in honoring hometown heroes at a Take a Veteran to School Day program at Abilene’s Madison Middle Schtool, Friday, Nov. 7. The Take a Veteran to School Day project is part of a national initiative by the History Channel and Suddenlink, which provides cable services in Abilene. A formal program will be presented at an assembly in the gymnasium, followed by lunch.
