The Amarillo, Texas, Suddenlink team hosted a luncheon in March to reveal and honor the top five programs selected for its annual Suddenlink Community iMPACT Challenge (Suddenlink CiC). The program invited area residents to imagine new ways of giving back to the Amarillo-Canyon community.

First place went to Glendene’s Closet, a program submitted by Cal Farley’s Community Engagement Center to provide feminine hygiene products to junior high students who cannot afford them. The initiative received $2,500. Amarillo’s KFDA-TV10 (CBS) provided pre-event and post-event coverage.
