Todd Baxter Joins TWC as the Regional VP of Government Relations for the Texas Region

It is with mixed emotions that we announce Todd Baxter’s departure from the Texas Cable Association. Baxter has served as TCA’s Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel since 2006. The good news is that Todd will remain in the cable family and join Time Warner Cable as Regional Vice President for Government Relations for the Texas Region.
