No Added Charge for Upgraded Services
ATHENS, Texas (Aug. 22, 2012) – Suddenlink today increased speeds for its most popular residential Internet services in Athens, with no added charge.
Suddenlink services with download speeds of 1.5, 10 and 20 Megabits per second (Mbps) have been increased to 3, 15 and 30 Mbps, respectively, and renamed accordingly: Suddenlink High Speed Internet 3.0 15.0 and 30.0. Current Suddenlink customers will receive the related new speeds automatically.
The company will continue to offer High Speed Internet MAX, which features a download speed up to 50 Mbps. High Speed Internet MAX 50.0 is the fastest residential Internet service in Athens.
All Suddenlink High Speed Internet services include up to 10 e-mail addresses, access to e-mail via WebMail, personal WebSpace and Spam Blocker.  All Internet customers receive ESPN3 at no extra charge.  Suddenlink also offers wireless home networking, called WiFi@Home, with enough power to connect all customer devices to Suddenlink High Speed Internet.  Technical support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
More information about local Suddenlink services is available by going to the company’s website (suddenlink.com) and entering an address and zip code; by calling toll-free 888-822-5151, or by visiting the Suddenlink store at 518 E. Corsicana in Athens.
