Bryan-College Station Gets More HD TV Channels – Latest Part of Suddenlink’s 3-Year Investment Program

BRYAN, Texas (Nov. 9, 2011) – Suddenlink announced today it has launched more high-definition (HD) TV channels in Bryan-College Station.
The new HD channels include: The Hub HD, Fuel HD, Planet Green HD, Investigation Discovery HD, BBC America HD, OWN HD, The Weather Channel HD, HBO2 HD, HBO Comedy HD, HBO Latino HD, The Movie Channel HD, Starz Comedy HD and Hallmark Movie Channel HD.
HDTV offers a widescreen format, similar to a movie theater, with distinctly sharper images and better sound quality than standard TV.
Introducing more new HD channels is the latest step in the company’s nationwide capital investment program, calling for approximately $350 million over three years, above and beyond Suddenlink’s traditional capital spending levels. That program already has brought faster Internet speeds and other new HD channels to Bryan-College Station.

More information about local Suddenlink services is available by visiting the company’s Web site (suddenlink.com) and entering an address and zip code; calling toll-free 888-822-5151; or by visiting Suddenlink’s local customer care office at 4114 E. 29th St. in Bryan.
